Crosby Group wedge socket
The Crosby Group introduced the first commercially available wedge socket.
It significantly improves the termination efficiency of the high-performance, high-strength, compacted strand and rotation-resistant wire ropes used with cranes. The Super Terminator is available as an assembly or as a kit that can be retrofitted into existing Crosby S-421 Terminator wedge sockets.
