Fastenal Oct. sales up by 14.6 percent
Fastenal reported that its sales for the month of October were $356.3 million, a 14.6 percent increase over October 2013.
Daily sales of $15.5 million compared to sales of $13.5 million in October last year.
Sales to manufacturing customers increased by 12.6 percent during the month, while sales to construction customers gained 9.8 percent compared to last year.
The company had 18,453 employees as of Oct. 31, a 9 percent increase compared to October 2013.
