Mallory Safety & Supply acquires Interstate Safety
Mallory Safety and Supply has acquired Interstate Safety and Supply, a Sparks, Nev.-based full-line independent safety distributor.
"This acquisition allows Mallory to expand our West Coast footprint into the adjacent Nevada market," according to a company press release. "We are excited to bring our enhanced product and services offering to Interstate's customers, supported by substantial inventory in our distribution centers in Washington, Oregon and California. We think Interstate's customers will respond well to our training, safety staffing, safety rental, turnaround, vending, and industrial product offerings, all new to Interstate. We see a lot of upside for Interstate's customers, employees, and suppliers."

Headquartered in Longview, Wash., Mallory Safety & Supply operates a total of eight locations in Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho.
