NexAir acquires Cal East
Memphis-based nexAir, a distributor of atmospheric gases and welding supplies, announced the acquisition of Cal East Company Inc., a distributor of medical gases and supplies based in Atlanta.
“The addition of the Cal East team will help to further strengthen our existing operations in Atlanta, and we’re anxious to welcome our new team members and customers to the nexAir family,” said Kevin McEniry, CEO at nexAir. “Cal East has carved a niche customer base in the area, and we hope this acquisition will enhance product offerings for customers of both companies.”
