Titan acquires Advanced Striping Equipment
Titan, a maker of professional-grade sprayers and application equipment, announced the acquisition of Advanced Striping Equipment Inc. (ASE).
Based in Douglasville, Ga., ASE manufactures specialized road marking equipment including thermoplastic walk-behind machines, intermediate stripers, and truck-mounted units. ASE serves domestic U.S. and international markets.
“ASE’s thermoplastic equipment is a natural extension to Titan’s line of pavement marking systems and will help accelerate our growth on a global basis,” said Greg McGuirk, senior vice president of Sales for Titan. “By combining ASE’s technology and its leadership team’s industry expertise with Titan’s sales, service and marketing resources, we will provide even stronger solutions to the industry.”
Titan plans to support and develop ASE’s current product line, as well as introduce new products and technologies that will expand both ASE and Titan brand offerings in the pavement marking industry.
