FCX Performance acquires Florida Sealing Products
FCX Performance has acquired Florida Sealing Products, a Mulberry, Fla.-based mechanical seal supplier in the Florida marketplace.
The company supports its product offering with a suite of aftermarket parts and service offerings that provide a total lifecycle solution to its customers. This acquisition further expands FCX’s presence in the fast growing Florida market.

Hale said the company anticipates closing additional acquisitions in FY 2013 with the support of Harvest Partners, its majority shareholder.
