Fastenal has strong July
Fastenal reported that its July sales increased by 7.8% compared to a year ago to $282.3 million.
Average daily sales increased by 2.9% to $12.5 million.
During the month, manufacturing customers grew 2.1% and non-residential
construction customers contracted 0.1%. The company opened one new store during the month, bringing the total store count to 2,678. The number of employees increased by 3.2% to 13,932.
