Lincoln Electric promotes Ansberry

The Lincoln Electric Company named Jennifer Ansberry, vice president, deputy general counsel. 


Jennifer AnsberryAnsberry’s role has been extended to include leadership of the company's environmental, health and safety (EH&S) organization, which includes the development and implementation of EH&S policies, programs and practices. This role is in addition to leading portions of the company's legal function including global mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate legal matters.

"Jennifer has successfully mitigated risk while supporting the growth of Lincoln’s global operations and legal department during her 10-year tenure at the company," said Lincoln Electric general counsel and secretary, Fred Stueber. "Her broad experience, commitment to best practices and leadership skills will add tremendous value to our EH&S efforts and help the organization meet its global EH&S objectives."

Prior to joining Lincoln Electric in 2004 as deputy general counsel, Ansberry served as an associate at Thompson Hine LLP and at Keating, Muething & Klekamp LLP. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati - College of Law and received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Ansberry serves on the board of City Year Cleveland and the Avon Schools Educational Endowment Fund.
