F & F Industrial celebrates 32 years
F & F Industrial Equipment Corp., a family run industrial supply and distribution company located in Middletown, N.Y., celebrated its 32nd anniversary in May.
Founded in 1982 by Frank Fasano Sr., he was joined in 2004 by Frank Fasano Jr., who now serves as the company's VP of Operations.
Now in its second generation, this growing family business is finding new ways to improve upon its already renowned customer service experience by employing innovative new customer communication and management strategies, according to a company announcement.
Last year F & F launched a new web catalog and expanded its presence into a number of new social media channels, with the purpose of improving and streamlining customer communication channels.
The metro N.Y.-based company specializes in serving customers in the utility, manufacturing, municipal and MRO segments with a product offering spanning over 300 major industrial tool, equipment and safety brands.
