Field Fastener merges with HRS Logistics

Field Fastener announced that it has merged with HRS Logistics.


Field Fastener, headquartered in Machesny Park, Ill., has averaged 20 percent year-over-year growth since 1990, with plans to reach $100 million in revenue over the next few years, according to a company statement.

“We are all about building and strengthening teams to provide value to current and prospective customers. The combined strength of HRS Logistics and Field will allow us to excel and provide significant benefits to both,” said Field’s chairman, Bill Derry. 

HRS Logistics is a global provider of fasteners and other class C items servicing customers throughout the South and Southwest United States and in Mexico. It operates locations in Tyler, Texas, and Monterrey and Monclova, Mexico.
