Apax to sell Epicor?
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Apax Partners is again considering the sale of software provider Epicor.
Apax acquired Epicor in 2011 and considered a sale of the company in 2014, but ultimately decided not to sell. The new report quotes Epicor CEO Joe Cowan as saying interest from private-equity buyers is “no surprise” given the company’s “strong performance and market leadership.”
