PTS acquires Specialty Tool
Production Tool Supply (PTS), Warren, Mich., acquired Specialty Tool of Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, Ind.
Specialty Tool has served the manufacturing industry for more than 25 years, providing industrial supplies including cutting tools, abrasives, coolants and MRO products.
“We are excited to welcome the talented and dedicated employees of Specialty Tool to our family,” said Larry Wolfe, president of Production Tool Supply.
Mitch Bair, previously vice president of sales, has been named president of Specialty Tool. “Specialty Tool will continue to ensure that our customers receive the best products, technical support and service available,” said Blair.
