Grainger April sales rise 4%
Grainger reported sales in April increased 14 percent compared to April 2010.
Results for the month included a 1 percentage point positive contribution from acquisitions and a 1 percentage point contribution from foreign exchange. Sales in the United States grew by 10%, while sales in Canada increased by 16% and other businesses, which includes sales from the acquired business in Colombia, grew by 4%.
