Kane promoted at PIP USA
Tim Kane was named a national account manager for PIP USA, responsible for the HD Supply, Staples and Airgas accounts.
“Our approach to working with national accounts is team driven. We seek to connect key leads from our customers, to our counterparts on the PIP team. That’s consultative team selling at its best,” said Kurt Wanner, vice president of national accounts.
Kane joined PIP in 2007 shortly after graduating from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He started as a territory account manager and was promoted to business development specialist for the Northeast in 2010. In 2012, Kane took on the role of PPE product specialist, and earned the “Product Specialist of the Year Award” for PIP in 2014. A native of Latham, N.Y., Kane resides in Cooperstown, N.Y. and will work out of the Latham corporate office.
