ERIKS acquires Seals and Packings
ERIKS, an international industrial service provider offering a wide range of mechanical engineering components, has acquired Texas based Seals and Packings Inc.
Seals and Packings has been in business for over 30 years, delivering high-performance seals and related components to a wide-range of industries. This strategic acquisition enables ERIKS to enhance its client base in the U.S. oil and gas industry and further strengthens its product and service offerings to existing as well as new customers.
