Harper joins Jamaica Bearings
Jamaica Bearings Group (JBG) appointed Peter Harper Director of Business Development - Rail.
Harper has 15 years of experience supporting sales, customer service, and project management of new rolling stock and MRO services in the passenger rail market.
“Peter Harper’s experience in sales and project management will help JBG develop new and better services to meet the ever-changing demands of the OEMs and MROs we serve. I look forward to the developments Peter and my team will bring to the global rail market,” said Carlton Harvey, JBG’s vice president of industrial sales.
Harper received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in Binghamton, N.Y., and is an active member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). Prior to accepting the appointment at JBG, he served as Director of Sales and Project Management for the transit division of Penn Machine Company LLC in Blairsville, Pa. Previously, Harper served as Director of Project Management for Westcode Incorporated in West Chester, Pa.
