McCarty Equipment opens Colorado branch
McCarty Equipment Co. announced the recent opening of a new location in Greeley, Colo.
The 10,000 square foot facility will provide value-added services to customers in the Niobrara Shale Play in Northeastern Colorado, according to McCarty Equipment president Kelly McCarty, headquartered in Abilene, Texas. Value-added services include the ability to crimp 10-inch hose, hose kitting, vendor managed inventories, custom fabrication of hose and a wide variety of industrial and oilfield products.
McCarty Equipment is a subsidiary of GHX Industrial and along with GHX is a part of The United Distribution Group family of companies.
Richard Harrison, president of GHX Industrial, stated that Jack Clevenger, a long-time McCarty staff member who was most recently the branch manager at the Cleburne, Texas location, has been appointed branch manager in Greeley. Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group, stated that the addition of the Greeley location fits with UDG’s goal of continuing to add to its strategic expansion of locations throughout North America.
