Singer Equities acquires Spartan Industrial
Singer Equities Inc. acquired the operating assets of Spartan Industrial Products, Houma, La.
Spartan is an industrial rubber products distributor specializing in the fabrication of industrial, hydraulic and metal hose assemblies, along with inspection, testing, and certification services. With locations in Houma, Belle Chasse, and Golden Meadow, La., Spartan serves the region's dominant energy, marine, transportation and petrochemical industries.
Spartan's principals, all of which are seasoned industry veterans, along with their team will continue to manage the business as a platform company for Singer. The acquisition will significantly expand Singer's geographical footprint in the Louisiana/Texas Gulf Coast region.
Singer Equities Inc. is a group of value-added distributorships offering a full range of industrial rubber products used throughout industry.
