Singer Equities acquires Texas Rubber Supply

Singer Equities has acquired Texas Rubber Supply, headquartered in Dallas.

Texas Rubber Supply, founded by Emery Johnson in 1952, will continue to go to market under its present name with existing management and personnel remaining in place. Texas Rubber has locations in Dallas and Ft. Worth, and will operate along with its National Hose and Accessory affiliate headquartered in Houston, managed by Mike Johnson, vice president and general manager.  .

Singer Equities has 37 locations throughout the country specializing in industrial rubber products and services to include industrial hose, hydraulic hose, fluid power, conveyor belt and gaskets.

“With the distribution industry undergoing years of recent consolidation, Singer has proved to be the acquirer of choice to the benefit of the ownership and valued personnel base of the new enterprise. We are excited at the opportunity to add Texas Rubber Supply to our group of businesses,” said Don Fritzinger, president of Singer Equities.

Singer Equities and Bishop Lifting Products are wholly owned subsidiaries of SBP Holdings.
