MW Industries acquires USA Fastener
MW Industries announced the acquisition of USA Fastener Group Inc.
Located in Houston, USA Fastener manufactures various fasteners, including studs, nuts and other precision machined parts.

MW Industries, headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, is a provider of engineered springs, specialty fasteners, machined parts, and other precision components.
