Dillon Supply acquires Brammer Safety
Dillon Supply Company, a subsidiary of Descours and Cabaud S.A., has acquired Brammer Safety Supply Inc. of Lynchburg, Va.
Based in Raleigh, N.C., Dillion Supply is a subsidiary of the French industrial, safety and steel distributor with more than 560 locations throughout Europe and North America. Descours & Cabaud also operates BMG Metals of Richmond, Va.
"This acquisition reinforces D&C’s commitment to increase its safety supply sales in the North American marketplace. We look forward to a successful integration of Brammer Safety and the opportunities that will result from this partnership,” said Dean Wagoner, who oversees North American operations for Descours and Cabaud.
Financial terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
