LINC Systems acquires Numax
LINC Systems of Westfield, Ind., has acquired Numax of New Windsor, N.Y.
The two companies share a similar history in the industrial fastening business. The newly combined company will operate under the name LINC Systems Inc. and remain headquartered in Westfield.
“We are pleased that most of the Numax employees have chosen to stay with our new company, including Ron Hunkapillar, owner of Numax," said Ted Azar, president of LINC Systems.
In 2013, LINC Systems launched a division called LINC Supply, which supplies MRO/industrial supplies to customers.
LINC Systems operates in 22 states.
