Melin Tool Micro Carbide End Mills
Manufactured at its facility in Cleveland, Ohio, Melin Tool launched a wide range of styles and sizes of micro carbide end mills.
The new micro carbide end mills target applications found in mold shops, medical component and instrument manufacturers, and EDM departments. With cutting diameters from 0.005” and lengths up to 30xD, Melin reports outstanding performance in Titanium and Aluminum Alloys, Graphite and Steels and Stainless Alloys < 40 Rc. This new line starts with 2, 3 & 4 flute styles, square and ball end and uncoated, AlTiN and Diamond Coated versions – over 3,000 standard part numbers and more coming every month.
