Digitool Solutions has taken the wrench out of digital torque wrenches with a 3-in-1 tool featuring patented torque technology in the palm of the user's hand.
The new line of torque meters turns any square drive hand tool into a torque wrench. This powerful compact torque meter box covers torque measuring requirements in in-lb, ft-lb, and Nm scales in one tool. The TM & TA series features ±2% of reading precision, in both CW and CCW directions between 10% and 100% of full scale. The tools exceed the requirements of most manufacturing, industrial and automotive fastener specifications. It eliminates hand held position error on the handle and covers the most common torque ranges used in the industry.
The Pro Series SPM & SPA Series tools have all the features above but offer a higher level of precision with ±1% accuracy of reading 10 to 100% of scale. The SPA and TA Series offer the added patented technology to simultaneously measure torque and angle readings and feature the DTS Instant Gyro-Sync technology as soon as the tool is turned on. No need to set the tool down to allow the gyro reference point to set up eliminating false readings on angle measurements. Angle measuring accuracy is 1% at 90° and the measureable scale is from 5 to 180° of rotation.
This Group of DTS meter tools offer 20 different models to choose from in drive sizes from 3/8 up to 3/4" drives and torque ranges from 24 in-lbs up to 600 ft-lbs and 3 to 813 Nm. Easy to use with built in audible, visual and vibrating operator alerts prevent over or under torque of the fastener.
