Airgas makes four acquisitions
Airgas has acquired four businesses with combined annual revenues of approximately $20 million.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
U.S. Welding & Safety Supply Co., with operations in Miami, specializes in the distribution of welding equipment and welding-related hardgoods, such as consumables. U.S. Welding joined Airgas USA, LLC's South region effective Dec. 3.
Industrial gas and welding supply distributors Rebel Welding & Industrial Supply Inc., with operations in Vicksburg, Miss., and Tallulah, La., and Sadler Welding Products LLC, with operations in Dothan, Eufaula, and Troy, Ala., and Panama City, Fla., joined Airgas USA, LLC's South region effective Dec. 3 and Dec. 17, respectively.
Rochester Welding Supply Corp., an industrial gas and welding supply distributor with operations in Rochester and Manchester, N.Y., joined Airgas USA LLC's Northeast region effective Dec. 17.

Since the beginning of its fiscal year, Airgas has acquired 12 businesses with aggregate annual revenues of approximately $39 million.
