Sonepar acquires OneSource Distributors
Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately-held Sonepar Group, has acquired OneSource Distributors, headquartered in Oceanside, Calif. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1983, OneSource is a distributor of electrical, industrial and related supplies and services with 13 locations and more than 300 employees. It reported revenue of $335 million in 2010, up from $245 million in 2009.
OneSource acquired industrial distributor D&D Tool and Supply in Vista, Calif. in January of this year.

The OneSource management team, including chairman and CEO Bob Zamarripa, will remain with the company.
