Fairmont Supply names VP and GM
Fairmont Supply announced the appointment of Tanya Lauer as vice president and general manager.
"We are excited about the initiatives Tanya is leading at Fairmont to expand the company's penetration of key markets and product categories," said Paul Fichiera, CEO of Fairmont Supply. "She is a great addition to our management team."
Lauer has more than 15 years of leadership experience in sales and operations with both distribution and manufacturing companies. She is responsible for growing sales and marketing, oversight of the distribution center operations, managing profitability and supporting the integration of acquisitions.
Lauer most recently was vice president, global sales for Kerite, Marmon Utility – A Berkshire Hathaway Company. She has held leadership positions at various distribution companies including Turtle & Hughes Integrated Supply, WESCO, Clark Security Products, Baer Supply, and Grainger. Lauer holds a BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
