CMT Industrial Solutions acquires Gamco
Greenville, South Carolina-based CMT Industrial Solutions announced that it has acquired Gamco Services Inc., located in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Gamco has been in business for over 40 years supplying products and services to the manufacturing community in and around the Gastonia and Charlotte markets.
"By Gamco becoming a part of CMT we will be able to provide more products and services to our existing customers, and will strengthen our position in and around the Charlotte market," the company said in a statement announcing the acquisition.
In addition to its headquarters location in Greenville, CMT Industrial Solutions also has a branch in Knoxville, Tennessee. The company is a distributor of metalworking tools and products including metal cutting tools and abrasives.
