Sonepar to acquire IDG
Sonepar North America, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced plans to acquire Industrial Distribution Group.
IDG is owned by affiliates of LKCM Capital Group, LLC and headquartered in Belmont, N.C.
Formed in 1997, IDG serves customers from 42 locations in the U.S. and over 170 on-site customer locations in North America, Asia and Europe, and operates in three major businesses: Industrial Distribution, Integrated Supply Solutions and Energy Distribution.
