BK Industrial joins IDC-USA
BK Industrial Solutions, Beaumont, Texas, has joined the distributor cooperative IDC-USA.
The distributor of industrial motors, bearings, and other power transmission equipment was organized in the winter of 2014 to acquire the Beaumont assets from Brance-Krachy Co. Inc.
BK Industrial Solutions expects to continue delivering quality products and superior service in the maintenance, repair, and operation segments. Operating from its current facility since 1965, the Beaumont operation has been supported by an on-site hose assembly shop while supplying mechanical power transmission equipment and solutions to industrial users throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.
Upon BK Industrial Solutions’ inception, founder and co-owner, Jon Andrews, said he understood the need to immediately partner with IDC-USA. “We feel that the partnership gives us unique access to a combination of resources which will improve our platform by streamlining purchasing, increase gross margin through promoting the IDC Select private label brand and offer amazing networking opportunities with other IDC Distributors throughout the country,” said Andrews.
“BK Industrial Solutions recognizes that partnering with other independent distributors will help them be even more successful in coming years. Although BK Industrial was organized in 2014, they have 50 years of experience to draw from and that makes them a strong addition to the IDC Network,” said Jack Bailey, IDC president and CEO.
