OTP Industrial Solutions acquires Midwest Fluid Power
OTP Industrial Solutions has acquired Midwest Fluid Power LLC, a Toledo, Ohio fluid power distributor.
The addition of OTP’s broad range of industrial products will benefit Midwest Fluid Power customers and associates by greatly increasing the scope of applications, support and solutions available to customers, the company said in a prepared statement. Both companies are distributors of SMC Pneumatics, a manufacturer of pneumatic automation products.
“Investment is one of our core values,” said Jack Grote, chief operating officer. “We invest regularly to consistently increase our capabilities and improve our services for our customers with our partner vendors.”
OTP, formerly Ohio Transmission and Pump, is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, and operates 15 locations in eight states.
