Lord & Sons buys Carson Sales Co.
Lord & Sons Inc. announced that it has acquired privately held Carson Sales, a fastening and construction distributor in the Southwest.
Carson Sales is based in Glendale, Ariz., and operates a second facility in Las Vegas.
In addition to its traditional brick and mortar locations, Carson Sales also operates CarsonSafety.com, an e-commerce site dedicated to construction site safety equipment and training.

The Lord & Sons family of businesses include Landmann Wire Rope and FlashFasteners. Lord & Sons is a subsidiary of the Gebruder Thiele Group.
